“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. The whole bathroom was way outdated as well as the whole room it wasnt like……

“I did not like my stay and will never go back. The room was crazy, there was a big hole in the arm rest of the couch. The bed did not have a quilt on it and the hotel does not have enough towels. The manager stay on his cellphone and did not even acknowledge me. No welcome to Laquinta or thanks for coming. The pool is still under construction from last year. The only thing I like was the jacuzzi tub. I put in for late check out and was told by the front clerk I had to wait on the manager to get……

“The night desk clerk was amazing, Keenen I believe his name is. But really every one was very professional and helpful overall. But Keenen even helped me with a technical issue I was having with family communications. Bright young man, and so knowledgeable”

“Room was pretty clean but obviously not vacuumed. Property wierdly looks like its either pretty new or recently renovated but run down at the same time. Grout in bathroom was in rough shape. Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay.”

“Room was good. Sink didn't drain well. Shower was rough working. Service is awful. 3 weeks out and still waiting for a refund from overcharge. Booked and paid online through a 3rd party. Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place……

“We recently stayed for 5 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flowed all over the floor in the bathroom. I requested them to bring another, the next day they came with another curtain that had a dirty bandaid attached to it. We had a room of 4 and only had 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told we needed to go downstairs and get them. Housekeeping only came up one day and refreshed our room. The laundry only took quarters, and we had to go to the gas……
