“The house was in a convenient location for where the conference our group was attending was located. We enjoyed having a house, rather than having to stay in hotel rooms. I was unable to get any direct communication from the host. There were automated messages that came, but every question I asked was never answered. We had a service animal with us, the Payment charged to us was for a pet. Before we arrived I tried to reach out regarding this issue, I never heard anything back. The instructions……

“I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. I could eat it everyday.The cottage is small but has all the necessities you need, there was a wedding across the street Saturday evening during our stay and I thought it would keep us up all night but the rooms being on the backside prevent……

“I informed the host that the broken blinds in the bathroom offered no privacy to use the toilet or shower. The property comes with 3 sets of stairs that my mother could not navigate. This was not mentioned in property description by the host.The security light over the outside door was either blown or did not work. I talked to the host who let me believe I would be getting a refund. Repeated attempts to communicate have failed.But the place was clean and the check in procedure was fantastic.”

“Beautiful house super cute and roomy. It has everything you need!! Would stay here again. Its in walking distance to the historical district with Beautiful old homes along the way with plaques to help you learn about the history. Such a wonderful experience!”
