Estadia muito agradável; eramos 05 adultos e 05 crianças. Espaços de convivência agradável e com estrutura (churrasqueira) , varanda aconchegante; toda estrutura para um fim semana entre amigos. Voltaremos!

Tudo muito bonito, limpo e oranizado, residêncial seguro. Muito próximo ao centro! Perfeito para quem vai com criança. Senti falta do aquecedor na casa nos dias de muito frio, estava desativado. De mais é incrível a casa, tem muito conforto, mas aproveitamos tudo que ela oferece, pq passava o dia inteiro na rua, chegava só para dormir😉.

Aconchego em família

Foi incrível! O imóvel é maravilhoso e muito aconchegante. A família inteira gostou. O condomínio também é lindo e rendeu muitos passeios de bicicleta e caminhadas até o lago. Foi perfeito!

MARAVILHOSO

Imóvel excelente bem conservado, proprietário muito atencioso, limpeza impecável. Só fica um ponto negativo os porteiros do condomínio são muito desagradáveis dificultaram a entrada de agências de turismo e de UBER! Mesmo com nossa liberação. Acredito que se melhor isto ficaria tudo perfeito.

Ficamos 8 dias em Gramado hospedados na casa do Sr. Hélio e não poderia ter sido melhor. Uma bela casa com toda a estrutura necessária para minha família. Desde a nossa chegada fomos muito bem recebidos pela Ana Lúcia. As crianças adoraram o condomínio, que por sinal, é muito bem localizado. Realmente foi muito agradável tomar um vinho na casa 522. A casa do Sr. Hélio é muito aconchegante. Muito arejada e a limpeza impecável. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente e não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade. O condomínio é excepcional e fica muito próximo da cidade. Recomendo a todos e, com certeza, se retornar a Gramado, ficarei lá novamente.

Perfeito! Espaço interno melhor do que o anunciado

Nossa passagem por Gramado se deu no início da programação do Natal Luz, ano passado; e ficar hospedado nesse imóvel foi nossa melhor escolha... o proprietário super atencioso, fez o possível para nos proprorcionar as melhores acomodações, posto que tínhamos 1 pessoa a mais do que a acomodação para o número ofertado. Ficamos muito bem instalados; seja porque a casa é um mimo (muito aconchegante, bem decorada, bem limpa e linda, rs!); seja por conta de sua localização, que é bem próxima de tudo, inclusive para chegar a Expogramado (local onde ocorreu o Grande Desfile de Natal - evento ao qual assistimos) não tem errada, bem pertinho... Por falar nisso, vale muito a pena, a gente se envolve numa magia, o espírito emocionante de Natal, por um momento, parece que voltamos a ser criança... ir a Gramado sem assistir aos eventos do Natal Luz é como se não tivesse ido até lá... o Show de acendimento também é muito bom e gratuito! (Rs). Do grande número de atrações que a Serra Gaúcha nos proporciona, tem um que, devo comentar, foi decepcionante: decidimos ir ao Parque do Caracol no último dia, para visitar a Cachoeira... com a escadaria fechada, pudemos vê-la bem de longe, mas o que mais nos fez sentir lesados, foi o passeio no tal do trenzinho, que, informaram passar pela mata nativa, para chegar a uns cenários que lá tem montado (foi uma volta bem rápida, para chegar a um local que fica atrás do guichê aonde compramos as passagens, muito sem graça, por sinal)... fomos, porque tínhamos crianças e achamos que deveríamos caminhar muito, quando, na verdade, por ter sido tão rápido, nem p/ eles teve graça... Enfim, não tivemos tempo suficiente para tentar salvar o passeio... o parque é bom, para quem pretende passar o dia, fazer picnic, brincar com bola, repousar, alguma coisa assim... Se pudéssemos voltar atrás, teríamos ido direto ao Bondinho, esse sim, com certeza, é mais bem proveitoso, para quem quer ficar mais próximo da Cachoeira... Voltando à recepção na casa, não podemos deixar de mencionar, que fomos recebidos por uma pessoa super gentil e preocupada, a Aninha! Um amor de pessoa, sempre disponível para o que precisássemos e mais, o condomínio é muito bom, tem 3 lagos, que proporcionam um passeio a mais, para quem vai com crianças...rs. Voltando a Gramado, com certeza, hospedaremo-nos novamente.

Ótima casa, recomendo!

A casa acomodou bem as 8 pessoas da família. O proprietário da casa e o cuidador foram muito atenciosos. A limpeza estava impecável. A casa é aconchegante, possui lareira (já com lenha fornecida pelo proprietário), aquecedor em todos os cômodos que funciona muito bem, lavanderia com secadora e cozinha completa com adega para vinhos. O condomínio é muito bem cuidado e bonito. Tem um lago com iluminação. A casa fica próxima ao centro, mercados, farmácias. Em resumo não tivemos nenhum problema, a casa é ótima e Gramado é uma cidade linda.
