Disappointed

Very busy, work going on outside…. Drilling from early morning to late afternoon. Not what I expected. Traffic in Gramado at a standstill. Will avoid the place… certainly not a place to relax!

Boa localização

Atendimento muito bom, localização ótima, perto do centro mas não no meio da muvuca, da pra sair de carro quando t trânsito e da pra ir a pé pro centro (10 min). Por ser um prédio mais antigo precisa de alguns retoques, o banheiro do meu quarto era bem pequeno, com a água do box vazando e o suporte de toalha soltando. O quarto em si é bom, espaço suficiente para 4. O ar não estava funcionando, mas fui descobrir no último dia que precisei ligar ele. O café da manhã é muito bom, completo, e mesmo chegando um pouco atrasado eles estavam ainda repondo as coisas e nos deixaram tomar sem pressa nenhuma. Um inconveniente são os "concierge" de marketing que nós abordam dentro do hotel oferecendo a venda da multipropriedade deles, e ficam insistindo. De concierge não tem nada, eles somente oferecem o que eles vendem.

O hotel em si não é ruim. O problema foi a péssima experiência em função da tentativa deles em vender cotas de hotéis. E pior, a abordagem acontece dentro do hotel, com o aval e apoio da equipe. Ficam te importunando oferecendo um brinde para que você assista uma apresentação de 30', mas que na verdade dura mais de 1h30'. Tive que me retirar do local. Acho um tiro no pé da rede Laghetto essa péssima iniciativa. Vocês acham que alguém que se hospeda num hotel desse nível e preço está querendo uma sessão de fotos ou uma picanha no almoço?

As acomodações estavam impecáveis, o ambiente era acolhedor e confortável, e todos os colaboradores demonstraram extrema gentileza e prontidão para ajudar. Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty smell. Cons: The standard room was bit small, I recommended only 2 people. The jacuzzi jets were weak.

O quarto é grande, com dois ambientes e uma decoração de bom gosto. O banheiro é tipo americano com o chuveiro dentro da banheira em uma posição muito baixa. Para tomar banho tem que ser abaixado. O isolamento acústico não é bom, sendo incomodado pelo barulho das mesas do restaurante. No quarto 402 preocuparam com a decoração e esqueceram da funcionalidade: quarto sem armário e sem espelho, somente um pequeno no banheiro que vê somente o rosto. O estacionamento é pago e bem caro. A localização do hotel é muito boa; No café da manhã os funcionários da Laghetto ficam te abordando para vender cotas, o que é bem chato. Muitas vezes com uma abordagem fora da realidade. Não ficaria nesse hotel novamente.

Nossa família gostou muito do hotel, ambiente muito limpo e pessoas acolhedoras, nos receberam muito bem. A piscina bem água bem quentinha e limpa, café da manhã muito bom com um senhor preparando tapiocas deliciosas. Apenas uma sugestão, na piscina poderia ter um vestiário ou um banheiro família, porque ir com bebês pequenos é complicado não tem um local para vesti-los após sair da piscina e não dá para sair do quente com eles para um corredor gelado, o banheiro da piscina é bem pequeno. Então apenas uma sugestão de melhoria mesmo, seria muito bom ter um vestiário ou banheiro família para quem vai com crianças pequenas que não se vestem sozinhas.
