"Staff were helpful and accommodating even though I didnt speak Spanish. My room was spacious and had a good view of the mountains and city when there is not much smog. The rooms appeared to be clean but I walk barefoot around the room and my feet were black. I did ask housekeeping the next day to clean it and they did. The area is safe and clean even at night but then again I am a guy. Although there was no kettle in the room, they let you use their hot water in their restaurant for coffee/noodles. The place is outdated but it was comfy and great stay for a weekend. OXXO just across the street for late night needs. "

"The Ac was not working and after they fixed make noise all night me and my family we not sleeping good at all plus the floor was very dirty very bad experience "

"La habitación tenía sábanas sucias de algo que parecía sangre y heces fecales. Se tardaron muchísimo en darnos atención y respuesta. Al final cambiaron las sábanas pero nos dejó un mal sabor de boca la experiencia y la atención del personal de front desk. Ya nos habíamos quedado anteriormente aquí, por eso regresamos pero lo dudaremos más adelante. "
