A third bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a bath and WC. The upper floor hosts a generous living room of 33 square metres with an open-hearth fireplace, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as a dedicated dining room. A fourth bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. The kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
