On the ground floor, the layout includes 2 rooms each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, each accompanied by its own shower and WC. An additional room on this level features 1 double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, served by a bath and WC.

The upper floor opens into a generous living room of 33 m2 featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. This level also includes a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a hip bath with WC, and 1 further room with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length.
