Apartment for 6 people located in the center of the historic and tourist district of Granada (the Albaicin located in front of the Alhambra). It consists of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace shared with another apartment. It has hot / cold air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Linens and towels included. All rooms are exterior. Ideal to enjoy the magical area of the city, the city center is 10 minutes away on foot.
We have a large square for your car in a secure parking 4 minutes walk from the house.

Very clean and Safe

Property owner gave really good directions for parking and gave a free parking spot for our 2 night stay. Apartment had everything we needed and couple of small grocery stores downstairs. Bazar area was a 20 minute walk ( lots of uphill climb). You can’t really bring your car right to the apartment so its a 4 minute walk on pebbled roads from the parking lot. This walk is unavoidable in this area. The area is very peaceful, very touristy, we enjoyed our stay.

Séjour à Grenade

Nous avons passé 3 jours sur Grenade. Le logement est très bien situé dans l’Aibycin. Proche de St Nicolas, de Socromonte. Le logement est propre bien agencé. Nous étions 4 et c’était très bien. Il donne directement dans une rue piétonne proche de petits commerces, marchés et restaurant. Je recommande ce lieu. PS : nous n’avons pas profité du toit terasse car il y avait du vent malgré le beau temps. Je pense que cet espace peut être sympas.

L'appartement a un emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville et aller à pied à l’Alhambra. Le quartier a un charme fou! La terrasse sur le toit est super agréable! L’hôtesse est charmante et les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement sont très claires. Cependant l'appartement est vraiment très bruyant. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir et la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Le grille pain était aussi cassé et la chambre principale sentait le tabac froid. Enfin, attention aux personnes grandes ou corpulentes, la salle de bain est minuscule (mon mari devait se sécher à l'extérieur) Malgré tout location très agréable

Tolle Wohnung, mitten im Albaizin, Fragen wurden schnell und konstruktiv beantwortet. Die Gerätschaft für die Klimaanlage auf der Dachterrasse kann sehr laut sein, doch sie lief nicht durchgängig; die Aussicht ist einfach Top und in der Wohnung selbst waren keine Klimaanlage-Geräusche. Granada als Ausflugsziel zwar voller und lauter als früher, doch insgesamt ein Genuss!

Apartment facing Plaza Larga

This apartment looked exactly like the photos. I was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located off of a colorful central square. However, I would not stay again due to how loud the plaza was. It was very difficult to sleep in the larger bedroom. Also there a smell I noticed every time I entered the apartment. We had to thoroughly air it out each day, before we were comfortable.

Wonderful two-week stay

Very comfortable, clean and convenient location in the heart of the Albacin - especially enjoyed the rooftop for morning coffee and evening wine. Loved frequenting the Plaza Largo shops and restaurants - lots of local color and amazing history right outside your doorstep. Would definitely stay again!

Great terrace, easy check-in, good location

The roof terrace was really great and spacious, everything was clean. The check-in was really easy, we simply got a code for the door via e-mail. The location is very nice, one of the windows faces a nice, vibrant plaza (I loved this but maybe bring Oropax if you have trouble sleeping when it is a bit loud). The apartment itself was a bit sterile but serves its purpose.
