Great property close to downtown and Al Hambra. Great place, nice cold pool on top to cool off. Amazing Tapas place and Bodega called Bodegas Castineda. Cool city lots of fun.

Centrally located and great stay

Great location, centrally located and walkable to everything we needed and wanted to see or visit. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Disappointing stay. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The 3* rating must be due to the attached spa as the hotel felt like a stark and sterile, low-end, chain hotel. Expectations based on pictures and reviews had led me to expect more. The staff interaction and service was perfunctory. There was nothing welcoming or helpful. The noise from the street below is quite loud (obviously a frequent complaint as the hotel left earplugs by the bed. Definitely skip the mediocre and overpriced breakfast. There are much better options within a few blocks.

A good basic room and convenient location for 2 nights in Granada. Our room was clean but smelled of mild cigarette smoke. Reception was friendly and provided easy check in/out. For this type of the hotel, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food options. The people that work during breakfast do an exceptional job.

A very modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions in Granada centre. Very clean and housekeeping gave a good prompt service. Staff at reception excellent and always willing to help. We did have any food at the hotel so unable to comment.

Very convenient location in central Granada. Just a short walk to the cathedral and lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very new - or at least recently remodeled. We added the buffet breakfast which was excellent.

Amazing place to stay!!

Safe, clean and perfectly located. Hotel staff was exceptional!! We had an early morning train and they had breakfast prepared for us to take on our journey. We can’t wait to return to Granada. A shout out to David Murcia who made our stay more special due to his hospitality and making us feel so welcomed.

Very convenient location. It's an easy uphill walk to the Alhambra. It was fun to wander the streets in the area. I would stay here again.
