A good apartment on the first floor. Faced the street, which had a lot of nightlife and poorly closing windows, leading to a lot of sound coming through. Parking in the centre of Granada is extortionate.

Hands down the worst place I stayed for the past decade: the bathroom smells like sewage, check in is not even at the property, the noise from the bars on the street lasts until 3am.

Boa Estadia

Quarto amplo e confortavel. Banheiro limpo. Poucos eletrodomesticos e pouca louça para utilização, somente o realmente necessario. Recepção em outro hotel parceiro. Atendimento normal. Localização muito boa com estacionamento pago a pouca distancia. Supermercado, bares e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendo!

Bastante deficiente

Me alojé en un apartamento de 2 dormitorios con mi familia. En general el estado del apartamento bastante deficiente, se le nota las marcas del uso y no haberlo mantenido bien. Se ve que fue medio reformado en su día pero por ejemplo la cocina estaba sin reformar, bastante antigua. El baño con olor a cañería y las camas bastante incómodas, se te clavaban los muelles. Como positivo la ubicación, en pleno Realejo a un paso de un montón de bares y restaurantes. Ojo si eres delicado a los ruidos y tu apartamento da a la calle de entrada, hay una discoteca justo en frente y los fines de semana están a hasta las mil con mucho ruido de gente en la calle.

Apartamentos bonitos mal gestionados.

Una pena que unos apartamentos bonitos y bien situados tengan una gran falta de servicios; el apartamento de dos habitaciones no tenía cafetera, mesa de comedor, lámparas de mesita de noche, mantas, wifi prácticamente nula, televisión super anticuada y en general, mobiliario bastante deteriorado.

Un établissement décevant...

L'annonce nous avait bien emballé, de belles photos attrayantes avec des décorations sympas. Nous avons vite déchanté en arrivant dans la chambre qui nous a été attribuée après avoir récupéré la carte d'accès dans un autre hôtel un peu plus loin (chose non précisée alors que l'établissement indique disposer d'une réception !). Pour commencer, pas de source lumineuse naturelle, juste un velux condamné. Une table de bar haute avec des chaises non adaptées (impossible de s'installer correctement à table : les chaises sont quasiment aussi hautes que la table). La télécommande de la TV ne fonctionne pas. L'isolation est plus que passable. Nous n'avions même pas de lampes de chevet... Dommage que le logement ne soit pas mieux aménagé, il est pourtant très spacieux et a du potentiel. Bref, un séjour décevant dans cet appart'hotel. On retiendra cependant sa situation idéale à proximité du centre et des bus. Si vous comptez sur le bar et le patio éclairé pour passer une soirée sympa, passez votre chemin (il n'y rien de tout ça : pas de bar ouvert et le patio n'est pas éclairé).

Apartamento muy limpio, amplio y luminoso. Muy céntrico. El trato del persona excelente, nos facilitaron y ayudaron en todo lo que solicitamos. La única pega es que las ventanas aíslan mal el ruido de la calle.

DECEPCIONANTE!!!!

La situación es lo único que puedo decir que sea buena, después en mi caso la habitación dejaba mucho que desear..... para 95€ la noche, sin cortinas!!!! la base de la puerta del cuarto de baño destrozadas ect ect ,en fin una decepción total. el parking está a 4 minutos y encima tienes un descuento que aún no me he enterado.... el coche debe pasar por lo menos 10 horas en el parking para que empiece el descuento, mientras si sales o entras te cobran como un cliente normal .... un desastre., en fin siento decirlo pero no repito en estos apartamentos seguramente el hotel esté mejor.

Appartement bien situé. Lit confortable, par contre très mal équipé pour cuisiner, il manque de tout. Le papier de toilette n'est pas inclus et le wifi dans l'appartement ne fonctionne pas, on doit se rendre à l'accueil pour avoir une connexion.

Buen apartamento...

Buen apartamento... aunque el servicio pequeño y le falta una mesa de comedor con sillas bajas... tiene como una barra con taburetes que no es nada cómodo para comer. Pedí uno exterior y da a la calle San Matías que hay varios locales bastante ruidosos de noche. También está muy céntrico por lo que es ideal para visitar el centro.

Good value, great location.

Very spacious and good value in a very good location. The safe didn’t work and wasn’t screwed down so we couldn’t use that. None of the sinks had plugs which meant it was difficult to wash up and we had to shower instead of using the bath. However I would use the apartment again despite these glitches.

Comfortable stay with just a few suggestions for improvement. Please make sure the cooking utensils are complete as there are no knives to use which could have been very helpful. You could still hear the noise from outside at night as there is a bar so soundproofing the bedroom could be useful and the hot water runs out in the shower after awhile of using it. Usually if you are the second to use it, it becomes cold. Lastly one of the lamps in the room has no light bulb. Otherwise, clean and very central so overall a pleasant stay.

Simple, clean and good location.

Check in was a little awkward as we had to go to the main hotel a few minutes walk away and we’re not told in advance. The apartment was very clean but lacked home comforts, but otherwise it was cleaned well, in a good location and was excellent value for the price. Some great near by bars too, would stay again.
