Perfect location where you can walk to most everything (even the Alhambra is only about 1 mile). It was a little confusing to get the access code and virtual key, but the staff is extremely helpful and accessible via WhatsApp. Once in the apartment, it was perfect (though the beds are on the firm side). The views and open windows are lovely.

Traveling with 2 kids (a toddler and an infant) we found this to be perfect for our needs since it had 2 full beds/2 rooms/2 bathrooms and an ensuite washer to wash our clothes (we have learned not to use the drying option for these 2in1 dryers, just hang dry). The location is also excellent with many shops and restaurants literally underneath the building. Very central location. The access with the JustIn Mobile app was seamless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The staff was responsive over WhatsApp and the online portal. Overall 10/10, would stay again

Absolutely amazing experience!!!! Fantastic location one block away from Granada Cathedral. We were two families and booked two 2-bedroom apartments. Those were remarkably appointed, new, designer’s nice and clean! We are super happy with our choice th book U-sense!! Thank you!! 5 stars plus!!!

Great location next to Plaza de la Trinidad, a botanical sanctuary surrounded by restaurants and gelaterias. Very tastefully decorated and well appointed apartment. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary wine at the terrace during sunset with views of the Cathedral, the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Highly recommend.

Great location very close to the cathedral. Comfortable and had all the cooking equipment we could need. Great shower. The air con was a bit fiddly to use but worked well. Some downsides: there was a washing machine but no detergent, it is listed as having a tumble drier but it does not (only an ineffective drying setting on the washing machine), there were only three clothes hangers, and the pillows were very small and flat.

The Granada Cathedral is right in front of the accommodation, and there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood ones!) and shopping centers nearby, making it so much fun to explore. Major sites like the Alhambra and Albaicín are all within walking distance, even for catching the minibus. The staff kept in touch throughout the process, making check-in a breeze, and I received my deposit back immediately after the trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, where I enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee with a stunning view of the Cathedral. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Great location right in the downtown shopping/dining area. Spacious apartment with kitchen, living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Staff was very helpful, right around the corner at the primary hotel.

Fabulous stay, amazing location, beautiful apartment which was well equipped and stylish. Check in and out was smooth and the reception staff at the nearby hotel were very helpful.

Great central location. Lovely apartment of a good size with all the amenities one needs. Slight negative… there was a foul smell from the drains in the bathroom and the a/c was not very easy to use. Plus they have very unfriendly polices of charging extra for early check-in even by a couple of hours and also charge for storing bags and that too in a different location.

Great stay

Check in was easy. The location and views from our apartment were great and our 2 bed/2 bath apartment accommodated 3 people well. We did the breakfast, which was also good. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Some the furniture and decor could be improved.

We arrived early which caused a little confusion because we were staying in an offsite property but the staff was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The apartment was beautiful and located perfectly for experiencing Granada on foot. WiFi was fast and everything worked perfectly.

Great location. A little hard to find. Would be nice if it had sign that sticks out like sister property. No one on site but very responsive to texts. Loved having coffee available. Would be nice to have washer/dryer instructions available in English along with so washer soap.

Fantastic

After the minor hiccup at check in everything was wonderful. We had room 1A and it was spacious well appointed and looked out onto the city streets. 2bed 2bath well appointed space. Couldn’t be happier. Note that because it’s located in the city center it does get noisy so pack earplugs and it’s a satellite building so the lobby is a few blocks away.

The door handle is not a normal one so tricky to open for the first time. - there was an annoying electric sound from somewhere in the room. - charging additional fee for keeping the luggage was a bit out of my common sense hospitality.

The apartment itself was exceptional — spotless, very new, warm, and beautifully designed. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and easy to use, from the kitchen and washing machine to the bathroom and dining area. It genuinely felt like a home, not just a place to stay. But above all, it was the staff that made the biggest difference. During our stay, my daughter became seriously ill and we had to take her to the emergency room. We were physically and emotionally exhausted, and the team responded with incredible empathy and efficiency. They extended our check-out time, helped us move to another available apartment in a different building, and did everything they could to support us. Their timely responses, understanding, and willingness to help gave us enormous comfort during a very difficult moment. Having a fully equipped kitchen also allowed us to prepare simple food for my daughter, which made a huge difference in her recovery. This level of care and humanity is rare, and we are deeply grateful.

Everything was perfect. If you have any questions the receptionist in U-Sense Central was very kind and helpful. The apartment was just like in the pictures. If you don't want to use the app to open the door, you can get a normal physical card. We don't know if the air conditioner silmply didn't work or if we just weren't able to use it correctly. Besides that, the breakfast was good, and all I can say is that I will definitely come back :)
