“Todo perfecto y ubicación inmejorable ”

“This property has a lot of potential. They started out right with good decor but missed when it came to the quality of the installation of things like fans, faucets, and dehumidifier. (The kitchen faucet, for instance wasn’t even attached to the counter). Our host Lucia was kind and responsive. The bed was not comfortable - rather than using King sheets to make one bed for us, we had two twins just pushed together We did have major issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, most notably……

“I made a mistake and booked for the next week. The host answered the WhatsApp at 10pm and graciously opened a room. Good customer service. No breakfast available. Room was very cold although likely due to unexpected late arrival.”

“Good location, great communication for check in and we were able to get into our room a bit earlier too which saved us having to lug our bags around! Room has everything you need, maybe a little dated but it was comfortable.”

“Great room and place in general and we loved the location in the specific neighborhood in Granada. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. We had a car so it was very convenient that they recommended a parking garage nearby and validated our tickets for a discount.”
