“The hotel is tucked away between a main street and a nice busy back street but it’s so quiet inside and lovely. The hotel and room are spotless and there are many shopping and food options in a short walking distance. We extended our stay due to an issue with transport and Narly was more than happy to help us out. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Granada.”

“Das Personal, was man vor allem online bzw. über WhatsApp erreicht, ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir hatten anfangs ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten die wir angesprochen haben, bei denen man uns sofort entgegen kam. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, man ist mitten im Geschehen, was leider das Parken extrem erschwert, aber dennoch super ist bzgl. schlendern, shoppen und essen gehen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern, mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, je nachdem welches Zimmer man bucht, ist……

“Huge cockroaches in the room. Misleading room description (paid more for a room advertised as having its own jacuzzi). Shared jacuzzi was cold and dirty. Very poor shower. Room was otherwise, staff kind, and good location. AC a nice bonus but they need to stop leaving food out in the room. Wanted to love but very disappointing overall.”
