“We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door……

“All the staff were very professional and helpful. The all-inclusive food area had a variety of food chooses for any food allergies or special dining needs.”

Rooms are in great condition and the property is well maintained . Don’t miss the free ferry for excursions to Taino beach it’s a 5 minute ride !”

“There was no fridge, microwave, iron or telephone. We saw that other rooms had appliances.The safe was broken. The key card that opens the door after 11pm wasn't working so we were locked outside. The security officer was not in place to let us in and nonchalantly stands in front of the door and says "pull" but didn't indicate that he had pressed the button to let us in. There was no one at the front desk to reactivate our key card when it wouldn't work to open our room door. ”
