「This is a truly beautiful property. It actually looks better in real life than in the pictures. When we walked in we were really blown away. We stayed at the Hotel Ivoire before being collected by our hostess and the transition was very smooth. We were a large group of 10 so needed the main house and all 5 of the rooms outside. 「Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer.
