The location is great and Judy was very responsive. The check in was really easy and the breakfast burritos dropped off were a nice touch. However, there were big issues with the electric and plumbing in our unit. When we got there it was very cold. So, we turned on the space heaters. Turning on all the space heaters tripped the power. After calling twice about power issues, the property manager showed us where the circuit breaker was. When we used the wall timer bathroom heat/fan it tripped the power, which included the light in the shower. We just stopped using it because it was annoying to go outside to the circuit breaker, but the bathroom was then freezing. The power tripped at least once a day for our entire stay. If it had happened only once or twice, I wouldn't think anything of it, but it happened enough to make us question if something was really wrong with the electric in the unit. While the host was very responsive, people don't want to have to call or deal with daily power outages during their vacation. I think if this is fix, it is a great place to stay for a vacation in the Grand Canyon.
