“It was a quick check in room was clean. Food was taste good and fresh clean hotel, but need a bet of an upgrade.”

“Our room was clean. We were only there for a few hours to sleep to catch an early flight out of Grand Forks. I would stay again ”

“Everything about the hotel was dirty! From the walls to the floors to the mattresses and bedding all filthy. The sofa bed had mystery stains on it that were brown. I told the front desk and they pretty much said I don’t care. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was for free!!”

“We stayed one night, and were happy with the quality and price. The only down side was the poor area. It was clean but quite dated and looked a bit run down. The breakfast was was I expected, and filled the void. The front desk staff was training someone so check in was slow, but we didn’t mind. Other wise we didn’t really interact with any other staff members ”

“A huge party was happening right outside our room! We upgraded to a poolside room and were lining forward to it! Until a hockey team showed up, drinks in hand and had a party with several dozen ppl that started at 6pm and went till 11:45pm. Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively. ……

“We chose this location for the family friendly rooms and water park. The website was unclear on how the waterpark worked in coordination with the hotel. I did not know that you had to pay above for water park passes. That should be included with the rooms considering the “waterpark” part was only open in the evening. We are a family of 5 and it’s hard to find rooms so we appreciated the bunk room option. Our kids loved that. The room itself was dated and needed some updating but otherwise good.……

“Super clean place to stay. Very well kept rooms and hotel. Great breakfast and pool too. Quiet area to. Close to a grocery store, gas station. ”

“My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. ”
