Too tiny for my purposes

There were certain things that I was looking for when I booked this VRBO. I thought I had found all that I needed, but the description on the site doesn't match the actuality. This "one bedroom" studio is definitely not 1132 sq ft. It's probably closer to 110 sq ft. Parking is not available every day (scheduled street sweeping prevents it certain days). The kitchen was not fully equipped nor some things in good condition. Lighting isn't well distributed so that parts of the room are bright and other parts very dark. If the description would have been accurate, I wouldn't have chosen this particular property because it didn't meet my needs. I will say that it was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and I felt very safe there.

Do not stay here

The apartment was dirty and the stovetop partially worked (1 burner only) I found a piece of fried chicken in the oven, a used Qtip and hairs on the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again, unless the cleaning standards and functionality improved.
