THE LOCATION
The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the Beach and Channel, but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops.
You can walk the boardwalk to downtown and even grab an ice cream on your way. If you simply feel like relaxing, bring a chair down to the grassy area on the edge of the channel and watch the boats pass by or enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain presentation. You could even walk down to view a concert at the Waterfront Stadium.
PARKING
Guests will have access to two parking spots.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
