The unit is beautiful, brand new, spacious. It was great they had beach towels to use and washer/dryer. The bed situation is not ideal for couples, would love to see king beds in all rooms, children can sleep anywhere but adults need more space. Safe quiet neighborhood.

High-end Condo, Amazing Location!

This condo was perfect for our family's trip to Grand Haven. It had two bedrooms on the 3rd floor (my husband and I in one room and the kids down the hall in the other), a living area and kitchen on the second, and an extra bedroom on the ground floor for my mother-in-law. This provided us plenty of space. It was very modern and clean. The only two things I would note (though it didn't bother us) was that it is 2 flights of stairs to get to the top, and there isn't much available in the kitchen in terms of condiments or spices. Other than that, it was a great stay. And the best part was definitely the location - we could walk to everything. We'd love to come back again!

Convenient and clean

My husband is from Grand Haven and we come annually for the Coast Guard Festival. We decided to rent this year rather than stay with family and we’re glad we did. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and have a place to come to if we wanted to rest in the middle of the day. The condo was very clean and pretty, and served our purpose well. The bedroom downstairs was smaller than it appeared in pictures but it was fine. The only issue we had was that the A/C didn’t cool consistently throughout the property. The basement was freezing, the middle floor was comfortable, and the upstairs was barely cool. We ran box fans (which were conveniently in each closet) all weekend just to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was nice. I think it would be ideal for a family with kids rather than three couples but still a great stay.
