“The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a……

“This property was very conveniently located for our trip, as we had family to visit in the surrounding cities. The unit is nicely appointed with all the conveniences of a full size kitchen, rain shower, couch, chairs, large screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Downtown Mt Dora is a five minute drive to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit was very clean and required us to do nothing other than to pile up our towels for check out. We would stay here again.”

“Safety risks with the outdoor space, pool apron, damaged decking, back door railing held together with electrical tape. The photos of this property, particularly the outdoor areas do not match what is there. The grounds were not being maintained. The house was clean. The ceiling fans and motors need to be cleaned particularly the one in the bathroom off the kitchen. Need privacy curtains where day bed is, truly not available for someone to sleep there. Shower rod in bath between bedrooms needs……

“We chose this home for our stay in Leesburg for it’s location to my husband’s disc golf courses. The location turned out to be perfect so we didn’t have a long drive to either of the courses. The house is old but has some updates, the kitchen could have had more silverware and knives but met our needs. We wanted to use the grill but it was pretty dirty so we skipped grilling while there. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe in the area. Check in and out was easy.”

“The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. ”
