It offers the best of all worlds for anyone who loves to explore, hike, bike, fish, or ski. Or simply walk, or ride to the delightful center of Grand Junction, CMU, the Colorado River and Las Colonias outdoor ampitheater! Get outdoors riding the trails through and around Grand Junction connecting you to Colorado wine country and some of the best mountain bike trails Colorado has to offer. Experience the beauty of the Grand Mesa along the way, and visit Moab in less than a 2 hour drive! Skiers will appreciate the short trip to Powderhorn for skiing in the winter and their downhill bike park in the summer. This wonderful urban retreat is the launching point for endless outdoor fun and is sure to please everyone from the little hiker to the seasoned adventure seeker!

Great trip!
Our son had a baseball tournament in GJ. This was a perfect place for us. Clean, modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great to walk to the restaurants on and around Main Street and to walk to a JUCO game in the evening. Also an easy drive to the CO National Monument. We would definitely stay again!

Great Property
Great location and close to CMU and downtown! Nice neighborhood with no problems! Never heard anything from neighbors. Clean property, roomie, love the space as it’s not cluttered. Variety of TV options. Just an overall great stay and I would highly recommend and just know I am very picky!

We truly enjoyed our visit to GJ. The location of this property is very close to CMU and Downtown. It had plenty of room for our extended family. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Weekend in Grand Junction
This was a great property. Spacious, very close to downtown Grand Junction. Loads of walking trails nearby and it was a gorgeous fall weekend for it. The kitchen was the biggest surprise - it had literally everything you could think of (crock pot, blender, tons of pots and pans, pyrex dishes). We are foodies and this matters to us. Well done, Sadie!
