You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out!
