We had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home, which made our stay especially comfortable. We had a minor glitch with the cable, but the fast and efficient in restoring, Other then the airshow, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff truly made the experience stand out. They were helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. It is clear that customer service is a priority here. Overall, we highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Room was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property could use some attention as the landscaping was unkempt. The pet fee is quite high and I got taxed on top of it. And you have to pay for parking (just park for free in the street).

Expedia got the date wrong and when I tried to correct it Residence Inn would not allow me to. Parking fee? Are you kidding me? I will never stay in any Marriot motel or use Expedia ever again!

We were surprised to find out that there was only maid service every other day here. If we’d had known, I wouldn’t have left towels on the floor to be refreshed and would have known to ask for coffee refills. For the price of the rooms, I expected much more. There was a hole in the carpet and molding between the carpet and vinyl flooring was coming up. There was water damage beside the shower. It was disappointing.

The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.
