Beautiful place to visit

Grand Lake is a beautiful place to visit, especially in the fall! This place was very well stocked and very clean. It’s in town so you can walk to most places in the area.

Prime location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed unit! Location is superb for easy walking access to all of the main strip shops and restaurants in Grand Lake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Added perk was the secured garage parking.

Grand time in Grand Lake

This Grand Lake studio is right in the middle of town. Everything is walkable. Just a short drive to RMNP. The studio is spacious, well appointed and quiet. We would definitely book again when visiting the area.

Beautiful modern studio apartment at lake and downtown

Perfect in town quiet location with private deck and lovely views. Condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need, fully stocked kitchen and even has a washer/dryer with supplies. Unit is great for any age traveler and especially good for those with young children and seniors. The individual parking spot in the garage with an elevator to your unit is a real bonus. We will definitely return to Grand Lake and this studio condominium.

Perfection in Grand Lake

If you are looking for the perfect property in Grand Lake, this one is it. Everything about the property is ideal - city central location, a code protected garage space, elevator access within steps and even a wagon to help you move things easily. The property is so comfortable and the attention to detail is stellar. Great balcony with grill and umbrella table set - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Other amenities were also outstanding from the coffee bar to the laundry detergent pods. This host has paid attention to every detail possible and it not only shows, it shines.

Great Stay!

What a lovely condo! I was impressed at all the “extras” left for your guests! We don’t drink coffee but the Keurig selection was awesome! The Tide pods, dryer sheets, foil, and other items were very thoughtful. Can’t beat the location if you want to be in the middle of the main strip. It was a little tricky at first finding the parking spot but once we did, the process was easy. It’s nice to be in a covered garage. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Best location in Grand Lake

We had a great time in your beautiful condo, location was perfect and had fun at the bar restaurant downstairs. The condo was very clean and had the best equipped kitchen that we have ever stayed. Thanks for the small touches of goodie bags and coupons nice touch. The only complaint I would have is that the condo gets very hot !! Need an air conditioner. It is 1st of June and I can’t even imagine what the rest of the summer would be like. The only window did not latch well so that may have contributed but that temperature really needs addressed. Thanks for the stay!!
