COURTYARD CABINS ARE BACK!! Step back in time at our charming/modern 1930s cabins. In town, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Lake and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

COURTYARD CABINS ARE BACK!! Step back in time at our charming/modern 1930s cabins. In town, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Lake and 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Enjoy cozy interiors with fully equipped kitchens, plus outdoor patios perfect for coffee or breakfast. Gather at the gazebo for picnics or grilling. Ideal for families or groups, with 7 cabins available connected in a U shape (sleeping 2, 4, or 6 guests). Perfect for relaxing getaways or family reunions.
Events at Courtyard cabins are allowed with prior reservation, while personal parties are prohibited.

Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to the minimum, especially after 10 pm.

If staying with pets, please pick up waste and do not allow them to stay on bed linens or damage the property. Any damage found after your stay shall result in additional fees alongside with pet deposit.

No smoking allowed in or outside the cabins. Smoking is allowed in the gazebo.

Only registered guests are allowed on premises.

We did not get good instruction of how to Check in. Tried to call and got no response. Finally asked another guest and determined the room & access code. NEVER heard back from are call for help. Facilities were decent, but Shower over sprayed and not controllable, oven rack did not fit, thus could not bake. Security lights came through the door window. Outer security lights on one side did not work at all. Poor plug location and quantity for charging items. TV did not get any useful channels. Satellite service would be better. Card in the room was better than everything we got via email. Felt under served as no human direct communication at all.

The hotel is very cozy. It was a motel in the past. Then it was redesigned, parking was transformed to super nice garden and it made the hotel very charming.

Nice location and accommodation. Was disapointed that there wasn't a functioning oven rack or a cookie sheet for bakeware. Many of our planned meals and groceries included the need for an oven. Also, we found that previous visitor/s had a dog. We found dog hair on the couch, on the dishes, in the coffee pot and front porch area and chairs were coverd in dog hair. We did our own cleaning upon arrival. Lastly the pull out couch mattress was the worst one I have slept on. We decided to use a camping cot we had with us instead and slept 3 people on the king bed. As a positive, the interior was very modern with an impressive bath room and shower. Along with that, there were plenty of linens.

You lie

The property was greatly over emphasized. It was supposed to be a cabin not a studio apt. in a lodge. Wenever stayed even one night. Very disappointing and we feel completely taken.
