Loved the location near the lake. Easy to get to town and RMNP. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the firewood and stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy too.

Shadow Mountain Lake condo

Unforgettable Stay!

Our stay on the ground floor was perfect for us having a toddler who always wanted to go outside and play with the bocce balls and bubbles in the yard. Conveniently located near everything we could possibly need or want to see. Everyone we met, whether local or visiting, were incredibly nice and welcoming. The condo was incredibly comfortable and extremely well equipped to host us. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Grand Lake Condo

Enjoyed three nights here. Property is very short drive to Grand Lake downtown. Condo on 1st floor with main patio directly facing a wide expanse of lawn and lake is very short walk away across the lawn. Condo was nicely outfitted with all the typically needed accommodations. Would be nice if had some more conventional seating options in living room (i.e. recliners, or comfort chairs with ottomans). Living room had large sectional couch which was comfortable to lay on but not very conducive for just sitting up. Overall, condo was a very clean and nice property and would stay again!

Great condo with awesome views and Lakeside location

A very comfortable condo in an amazing location right next to the lake. It's a quick and easy walk into Grand Lake where there are all kinds of restaurants drinks and music. The beds are super comfortable, the condo is very clean and spacious, We have come back to the same condo several years in a row, that says it all. An ideal place for relaxation and family gatherings.!

We really loved staying at this property and will do so again given the opportunity. The proximity to the lake and town just can't be beat. The accommodations are very comfortable and we appreciated the fall decorations. This is a true VRBO experience though so make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and bar soap. We also had to run out for coffee filters but left a ton, so that shouldn't be an issue :)

Nice accommodations in Grand Lake

Had a very nice weekend at Westcott 2. Very comfortable mountain cozy home close to town. Walkable to the Mountain Market and little fun park (also to town). It has a view of Shadow Mountain Lake. Everything was clean and well appointed (though bring your own shampoo). Would definitely recommend. Would also recommend making reservations ahead of time for dinner at the Historic Rapids Lodge. Best meal! Thank you to the owners for sharing their mountain home.

Great Place in Grand Lake

Love your place in Grand Lake! Great location; close to town, grocery store, paddle boarding, all within a 5 minute drive. Point Park has easy access to paddle boarding and lots of parking. Clean and cozy pad; amazing view out the back window, outside of the back porch with a nice grassy area to lounge. Nice kitchen that is fully stocked and a nice electric grill outside for burgers. Great communication from management… quick response and clear instructions. We will come back! Perfect for our small family of four.

Nice condo. Lots of amenities in the room. Nice view of the lake. Overall very clean, just showing some signs of aging. The large bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Only drawback to it was that it is very high off the floor. I had to use one of the barstools to get into the bed at night. This is evident in the photos, but you don't realize how high it is until you have to climb into it.
