“Everytime I stay here there ends up being an issue. I found out the reason why... the gentlemen that now owns it lives out of state and doesn't have it maintained. I've stayed in 4 or 5 of the condos now over the past 3 years. Each time the windows are unlocked and actually half of them do not lock. This time when I got there the bathroom light did not work, nor did the TV. I checked in about 4:30 and was either on the phone with customer service or was with maintenance until about 9, so I……

“Great space for a couple to be close to everything in Grand Lake. Easy access to the lake itself to launch a paddle board or kayak. Easy access to main street for restaurants.”

With that said, the property manager was incredibly responsive and made the situation right immediately. The condo was very clean. It’s located on the ground floor, just adjacent to the included parking spot, with a handy gate in the patio railing, allowing for easy access to your vehicle for loading/unloading. The kitchen is well stocked, with basic essentials……

“The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”
