Great spot for a homebase to hike the area. Short walk to coffee, restaurants and shops. Cutely decorated and everything you need! Host was responsive and easy. Recommend!

Birthday celebration for family member

It would be hard to find a more perfect location to enjoy Lake Superior in Grand Marais, MN. We had a constant view of the lake and lighthouse, and was conveniently located in the center of town, near restaurants, shopping and enjoying nature. We had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully appointed and conveniently located cottage. Large windows provided an excellent view of the entrance to Grand Marais harbor.

Wonderful stay!

Great location on the Grand Marais lakefront - really nice view and convenient. Communication was excellent and the place was just what we wanted for hanging out between hikes and outings. Would definitely stay again!

Delightful, peaceful stay

We stayed with another couple at this cute VRBO during Grand Marais slow season in mid-April. The VRBO had all we needed, with a nice view of Lake Superior. The host, MaryKate, clearly and quickly communicated with us when we had questions. We would stay here again!

This home was amazing! It was super clean and well stocked with quality furnishings, kitchen items and artwork. It was great to have a 24/7 view of Lake Superior and the harbor. We were within walking distance to everything in Grand Marais. We had a great stay!

Nice house in a great location

The giant snow storm made it a little messy to get in and out of the house, but not much you could have done about that. We loved playing some of the board games and enjoyed a little TV too. Great view of the lake. The house worked great for us!

Cozy getaway

The property was easily accessible with convenient parking. The property was clean and had a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare several meals. MaryKate also provided some delicious locally roasted coffee that we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quite, centrally located getaway in Grand Marais, this is a great option. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about this property. It was very comfortable, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It was perfectly located so that we could walk anywhere we wished around town and the harbor. Mary Kate is an excellent host and we would stay here again.

Prime location

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Marais and the house was perfect for us. We could easily walk to enjoy the shops in restaurants in Grand Marais. The view from the front window was perfect and we enjoyed using the fire pit.
