“When we arrived the back door was opened, dinning room table was scratched so we could not have dinner at the dinning room table. We also had to go and buy bath towels because there was not enough, and the towels were dingy. Bugs were in the window seal in the kitchen and in the family room, it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. I have photos. Host never replied until a 24 hours later regarding my complaints. So In their message they did not address any of my concerns, mold in the master bedroom.……

“Me and my family stayed here. There is 6 of us, so we took up all the beds. Size and space of the house was accurate, very easy for us to access as well. Owner communicated with us and provided details in advance of us getting there, which made it a smooth entry for my family. Enough towels were provided for everyone, so that was nice. To the things that didnt really go over so well...first, it was glaringly obvious the house had not been cleaned. The carpet had crumbs all in it, the tile in the……

“Pool could have been cleaned better. The most disturbing factor was the whole side yard was full of junk and trash - full bags of trash. Called manager and he said he was unaware and would have it cleaned immediately. We left two days and it was still the same except we had to add to the mess since we had.no trash can or place to put it. There was no can openers and no way to adjust the water temp in master bath shower”
