「This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. 「Excellent location! Super convenient for anything downtown - 5 minute walk to Van Andel, great coffee and excellent restaurants. The condo itself is quite large and looks just like the pictures! Great space for hanging out, bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Remember to bring your own toiletries (like shampoo, soap, etc). Will stay again when visiting GR!」

「We were not impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. It was sticky. We were concerned about the adjoining carpet bin very dirty because of it.Additionally, the kitchen cabinet under the coffee pot had coffee spills that were not cleaned at all.」
