"Fridge in room had a bunch of mold in it.. no pool towels and would only give us 2 towels. I had to go purchase a cooler AND towels for the weekend. Front desk made it seem the fridge and mold wasn’t a big deal. With cheer comp weekend we were stuck with room as hotels were full"

"Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet"
