「The room looked like a kid painted it, ceiling had patches that weren’t painted to match the ceiling. The fire sprinklers in the ceiling are all rusted. The fireplace did not work. The couch is old, sag in the middle, very uncomfortable. No pool to be found on the property. Elevator is questionable with the door hesitating to open. The people were nice.」

「Greeting upon arrival was lovely. When calling down before checking out to say the Jacuzzi was broken & the shower wasn’t clean(mold, hair) the desk person wasn’t apologetic. Just said that the building was old & wanted to argue that the tub was fine. It was not. Very disappointing. View was gorgeous.」
