"I tried to cancel this reservation within the window for 100% refund, but no one would answer my message and I couldn't find any other way to get in touch with anyone. I was charged the full amount, even though I couldn't stay and I tried multiple times to cancel well before."

"This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm."

I would not have felt safe staying there. I had to request a chargeback on my credit card as the host never wrote back ..."
