「The rooms are clean, well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. A perfect choice for an economic place to stay.」

「We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic」

「Staff was friendly but lacked training on their new system. Breakfast is now $10 and that is very disappointing. 」

「I asked for a room on the first floor, and I don't think it had been completely clean. The towels were dirty, and a tube of toothpaste was still in the bathtub shower.」

「Friendly staff, very clean, pride is obviously taken in this location. Stayed closer to work during this recent Winter Weather. All the amenities you need are right around this location. Floors and walls were quiet, I didn't notice any sound as I slept. Hot water was not the thousand degree level I prefer, lol, but not many places are. I will stay here again, should the same situation arise.」

「Room was comfortable, a bit tight. Room & bath were clean. The breakfast was disappointing. A comment was made on a review about the availability of hot water. It’s not been resolved. I had to microwave my tea water to have a decent cup. Also, you had to ask for tea bags. The breakfast was awful and very unhealthy. The biggest disappointment was the pool as it didn’t state it was unheated! Big disappointment after chosing this place because of the pool. 」

「Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. 」

「The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it .」

「I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. 」
