「My wife and I had a great time exploring the finger lakes region. Staying in this cabin was a great locatiin to the two of the larger lakes. I wanted to stay away from people and this cabin fit that perfrctly. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the lakes. Everything was clean and a fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay to anyone wanting peace and quiet. Thank you so much for offering this hidden gem.」

「We stayed here for 2 days with our family and a friend’s family. The property was deep inside from the main roads. However it was very private, quiet and we had a great time staying here. Everything we needed for our stay was available, from kitchen appliances, utensils to toiletries. The hosts were very prompt in responses too when we had questions. 「From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into our home away from home. David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. 「Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.」

The blanket is very smelly
"The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn."
