“We had a fantastic time during our stay. Location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach so we didn’t have to deal with parking which was nice. We had a pleasant time sitting on the large balcony in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the frieghters pass by. Pricing was fair compared with other properties in the beachside community. Plenty of room as well. We would definitely stay again!”

“Loved little sand cottage! We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards! The cottage is decorated so cute. Great kitchen, had everything you need for cooking meals. Really nice deck that was covered, with a barbecue. Plenty of outdoor seating, plenty of beach towels.Check in and check out was super easy. Brad was easy to communicate with and responds quickly.I highly recommend staying there, so much fun!”

“The cottage was cute, clean, and well maintained. It has everything you could need and more! The boys were thrilled with the S’mores supplies and snacks! The beach umbrella was a game changer! Kellye was very responsive and gave us some fabulous recommendations! We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends looking for a Lake Michigan getaway! ”

“**Disclaimer for anyone staying in 2025** they are building a house next door & start at 7 am during the weekdays - otherwise SUPER peaceful, GREAT neighbors - friendly beachmates. (so only 4 stars)House is exactly as pictured. I value the owners have taken previous reviews & attend to them - shades on windows, TV, etc. That pullout couch is wonderful! NO bar in your back- it's a 3 panel platform so it's solid and decent foam pad. Only complaint is that this place is small & quaint, and the……

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. ”
