「"Hidden Gem" really is a hidden gem. Within the suburbs of Palm Bay, this house is very comfortable and roomy.Bedrooms - rooms are comfortable. Some of the beds were a little squeaky, but otherwise comfortable. There was a sheet and a light comforter on each bed, but there were extras in the closets in case we needed more. Closets had hangers, windows could be opened, each room has a fan.Bathrooms - clean, comfortable, good hot water. There were 2 showers and both were comfortable. The large one...

「Super cute little place! We are in love with this little yellow beachy bungalow. Inside is also so cute. Very colorful funky decor and comfy. 100% will stay again if we find ourselves in Melbourne. 「The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

「This place fit our needs perfectly!. We were in town to attend a wedding so only stayed 2 nights. My husband and daughter were able to walk to the beach in the morning in about 20 minutes. The house was clean and really comfortable. It had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dog so the private fenced in back yard was very convenient for her. We really enjoyed our stay here!」

「Perfect house for our family of 5 and communication was above and beyond expectations. The hosts were flexible and easy to work with. They responded to every message I sent within 10 minutes. The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us 」
