Great stay and location for Boatnik Concert

The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others!

We’ve stayed at other properties managed by same folks. As with the others, it is a comfortable, nice unit — this smaller studio unit may be a little more ‘used.’ Overall, certainly a great option. Would like seeing paper towels and maybe more than one little soap.

Spotless and convenient

Wonderful little spot. Backs up to the Rogue River, short walk to a city park along the river. Close to downtown, parking is right out front. My wife is a clean freak, and even she was impressed. The place was spotless, there's a washer and dryer, and kitchen all included. Everything you need is here, wish we could have stayed longer!

We spent most of our time with family at their home and just needed a quiet, clean, and cool place to sleep. Unit B was perfect. The air conditioning worked great and check in instructions were clear and easy. Would recommend for those looking to be in central GP who are looking for something similar.

Cozy and nice

We found the accommodation to be clean, comfortable and convenient. We were grateful for the dog friendly property as well. Two suggestions: a small sized dishwasher would be welcomed and sharpen the knives. They’re a bit dull and you’ll have an injury from them soon if they’re not kept sharp. Otherwise- great little gem if a place!

Another fantastic property!!

Always impressed and pleased with our stays at Cherry’s properties. This studio is clean, smells brand new, and has everything you need for comfort and convenience. The property is lovely. Great location on a quiet cul de sac near the river. Green grass, dog cleanup supplies and well lit. Safe neighborhood, great for walking the dogs. I truly love how easy it is to check in/out and how welcome and at ease I feel bringing along my large dogs. I spoke with a couple people that worked there and they were all kind and easy going. Asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. I’m excited to stay at one of Cherry’s great properties in Grants Pass next time we’re back to visit!

General thoughts

As all of cherrys properties, the rental was very clean, nice decor, and stocked with many necessary items. A couple things...The water pressure was very weak. There is no dresser and no drawers in the night stands. There is only one light switch. When you turn the lights on, the whole place lights up. The nights are super bright, but the person sleeping is rudely awakened.
