Such a great hotel. Clean and mostly modern. Free shuttle to Penn National and the hotel bar had a great band and line dancing. Beds comfy as well.

The hotel is a mess. They are doing renovations and it is just a mess. Too much to detail... its just a mess. The one thing i can say good is the staff are wonderful and so very friendly and the linens smelled of bleech so i knew they were cleaned.

Your front desk staff is phenomenal! I was at this hotel both as an overnight guest and as part of a fundraising event in one of the banquet areas. It felt like the staff truly wanted us to to have the best event possible, but also for those of us who were there early to put in the work, the staff was a huge support including their smiles!

Amazing staff!

We knew the hotel was under construction before we arrived and honestly, it wasn’t too bad. Our room was really clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing and it was conveniently located to Hershey Park. All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay here again

Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under construction but theres a LOT that needs to be fixed. Building had a lot of painting needed to be done cosmetic stuff. Parking lot is a little dark. Hallways are small.
