Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . .

Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.

The property is being renovated which is nice to see that the property is being maintained. There is currently no bathroom in the indoor pool area. Overall good stay for price paid. Room was clean. Outdoor pool was closed. Exercise room had strong odor of rubber mats. And the door is broken and needs the glass replaced. If the gym amenities are important to you then I would not stay here. Froad (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was very helpful at check in the other male attendant was rather abrasive and lacking genuine courtesy. Breakfast was extra charge but decent buffet and not that expensive.
