The Perfect Escape!

This exceptional 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom shore house sits on a 1+ acre waterfront lot and boasts endless nautical activities, including kayaking, a private pier, and a large pool overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Offering a welcoming interior and providing large entertainment spaces, an expansive great room, first-floor master bedroom suite, and sunroom. Drift off to sleep each night in the oversized main suite that comes complete with an ensuite bathroom and picture-perfect water views.

Enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle in the beautifully maintained backyard which includes a brand-new stone patio, large in-ground heated pool (Heat is available for an additional fee), gas firepit, and large grassy areas for yard games with spectacular views. An ideal destination for any vacation. With an exceptional location in a desirable section of Queen Anne's County. Please Note: This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so is not compatible with any loud parties, and it is imperative that if you bring a pet that the pet not be allowed off property without a leash.

The westerly view over the water provides exceptional sunsets - enjoy a nightly sunset cocktail and experience the waterfront lifestyle you've been looking for. Book this one quickly or miss out.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

Waterfront: Chesapeake Bay
Dock: 50ft private dock. No water or electricity is available. Guests are permitted to tie a boat to the dock.
Water Toys: 1 kayak is available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Pool: 20 x 40 private pool. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels. Heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you want to add this option.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
Pool Shed: Pool toys, loungers, tables, pool toys, a beverage fridge and yard games.
Pet Friendly: Owner will consider pets, call reservations at 443.664.4039 to inquire.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

We recently rented the house for a week for the family. The house is large, beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The views of the bay were great. It was hot all week so the pool got a lot of use. There was an issue with the front door password when we arrived but we called Eastern Rental it was taken care of immediately. The backyard lawn was overdue to be mowed and playing lawn games snd walking out to the dock was a minor annoyance. Eastern Rental was responsive and the grass was mowed. Eastern Rental was also informed that the shower in the Master bathroom did not have any hot water. This issue was not addressed during our stay. I would have rated 5 stars this problem had been resolved

Incredible Views

We had a great week with the family. We enjoyed every spectacular sunset as a group. If you have a pet, note the large backyard is not fenced. The house is spacious and has lots of games to entertain with. We were not thrilled to find out it's not really a 5-bedroom house - the 5th bedroom is a mudroom conversion and the bed was not really a bed but a modular sofa, it was cold and never really warmed up and the TV in this room did not work at all. The only other TV is in the family room. The sofas are well-worn and not very comfy, but they look nice. Hygiene was a major concern... the kitchen utensils were not washed, and cutting boards still had remnants of bread or food. There are many spider webs in the ceiling, baseboards, etc. No one complained about the comfort of the beds. We found many of the deck doors were unlocked on arrival. Toilet seats are hanging on by a thread, a bathroom is missing towel bars. Hopefully, they will perform some very needed TLC and maintenance. We did not use the patio or the pool because of the season but was a nice setup with lots of seating. Overall we had a good time. The neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful setting for a walk near the water. Can't say enough about the sunsets! It's worth a stay.

Bay Breeze Home

PROS: View was awesome, games available were great, beds were comfortable, layout of house is great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, plenty of appliances and dishes to choose from CONS: Pool had algae, dock was caked in bird poop with dead seagull on it, dishes in cabinets were dirty, no hand or dish soap, single ply toilet paper, bug zappers in kitchen that had thousands of bugs dead next to it after 3 nights, back doors were not lockable (even though rental company states this was user error and they weren't locked when we got there), seasonings and hot sauces were expired in pantry, grass hadn't been cut in weeks. grill and Blackstone were dirty, Blackstone was fully rusted over ESVR is rental company. They communicate pretty well even via text during stay, but don't respond timely after your stay when addressing issues.

Love the location and property. Unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print and had to rent a boat slip due to no boats being allowed at the existing doc. We need a doc as we rent a boat on every vacation we take and a boat slip is a must for us. Other than that we loved the property and location. Thank you. Let the owners know also as we weren’t able to leave a good comment for them due to a family emergency that required us to get home in a hurry before doing so. Let the owners know Thank you.

Best Sunsets!

This property was awesome! From the large, spacious home to the pool, to the sunsets...this home delivered! Everything you need to entertain! The hosts made it easy to book and were able to answer our questions along the way! They even checked on us after bad storm rolled through! We hope to return!

Nice getaway

Rented the property for a 4-day weekend. House is well equipped and comfortable for a large group. Outside property is wonderful w pool, large grass lawn and boat dock w kayak. Great sunsets. Great neighborhood to run or bike. Lots of food options. Owners make you feel welcome.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. But the scenery was the true winner - right on Eastern Bay - the view could not be beat. The large back yard made for lots of fun activities. My only complaints were that the waffle iron was much too dirty to use and communications through the VRBO app didn't work for some reason. I never got answers to my questions and eventually had to text the management outside of VRBO - that was a bit frustrating. But the property itself was absolutely beautiful!
