Cosy holiday flat holiday home “Schild” with Garden & Mountain View

At the edge of the village Grassau in the district Reifing, only a few kilometers south of the Chiemsee, you will find the comfortably furnished apartment in the house Schild. The 35 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of the house on the outskirts of the town and has a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, 1 bedroom (with double bed and a single bed) and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. The child-friendly apartment also has WLAN and a television. The apartment also offers the possibility to use the garden including barbecue and large trampoline of the accommodation. Thanks to the ideal location you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the idyllic mountain panorama. Here the everyday stress is guaranteed to be quickly forgotten! There is a supermarket nearby and a selection of restaurants as well as a bakery are within easy reach from the holiday apartment. The Chiemsee, which is 11 km away and can be reached in 16 minutes by car, is ideal for day trips. Take a boat trip to the Fraueninsel or take long walks along the shore! Fun is also pre-programmed for children: Why not surprise the little ones with a visit to the Marquartstein fairytale adventure park in Niedernfels, 3.5 km away (7 minutes by car). Three minutes' walk to the nearest bus stop and about twenty minutes' walk to the centre of Grassau. Two free rental bikes are available.

The tourism tax is to be paid on site.

Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A laundry room is available in the cellar.
