You will be accommodated in a spacious 4-room villa spanning 250 square meters across two levels, offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The villa features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV (flat screen), leading to the garden and terrace. One room is equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, WC, double hand-basin, and a corner bath with air conditioning, and an exit to the garden. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is a separate WC. On the upper floor, you'll find another room with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower/WC, and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. Additionally, there is a third room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, also with access to the balcony, along with another bathroom/WC.
