The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished in neutral and modern tones. Due to its layout of spaces it is very comfortable, bright and modern. Its large windows offer glimpses of the panorama from every angle, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the area even from the inside. The white ceilings and walls and the abundant light give the interiors a particular charm.
From the entrance of the villa you can directly access the large living room, soberly furnished with a sofa and an armchair under the window and a TV area; next to it is the dining room with table and chairs. From the modern style kitchen, equipped with all comforts (hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) and fully equipped, you go directly to the patio furnished with an outdoor dining table with a suggestive view. Another opening, again from the kitchen, leads to the back of the property where the service area is located: an area equipped for hanging out clothes and for disposing of waste in compliance with current regulations. Also in the back we also find the washing machine and a second outdoor shower (served with hot water).
On the same level as the living area are the bedrooms: the double bedroom and two single bedrooms. All the bedrooms are furnished and complete with wardrobes and bedside tables. The bathroom is complete and equipped with wardrobes and accessories, with a large shower. All the furniture is new and the villa is completely renovated.
The layout of the house makes it perfect for a family of 4 and there is the possibility of hosting a fifth in the comfortable sofa bed for one and a half people in the living room.
The villa is a few kilometers from the Sicilian motorway network, which allows you to easily reach all the centers of interest in Sicily. A few kilometers away there is a supermarket with a butcher and fishmonger with fresh fish. Almost all the shops are equipped with ATMs. The nearby center of Lascari has a bank and in Cefalù there are numerous banks.
