“Amazing stay! Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Heated pool was wonderful, amazing views of the lake and the most accommodating staff. Highly recommend. Garden view room was a little dated but everything else was lovely. ”

I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”

“Clean and comfortable, basic motel. Convenient location. Appreciated the room had a fridge and microwave. Would stay again ONLY IF they put up blackout curtains on the back side of the building and not just a white translucent shade. Got in very late from a concert and was woken up at 5 am with the sunrise because of the lack of curtain. A cheap fix which would make the stay a lot more enjoyable.”

“Very clean, good staff, easy walking to down town, but heating system is AWFUL I love the hotel, staff, and fact that floors are not carpet but I have not slept at all. The thermostat clicks twice every time before fan turns on, one to turn off cooling then once to turn off the fan. Is high pitched and even with ear plugs it is not drowned out. The unit itself bubbles and groans as it's running. I have not gotten any sleep.”
