「The woman checking us in was very pleasant, informative and did her best to give us rooms close together. Also the woman looking after the breakfast area was very pleasant as well. Greeting us cheerfully. Efficiently maintaining the food and beverages and clearing the tables.」

「Very kind and helpful staff, my partner and I loved the barrel saunas, and the amenities were top notch! Shout out in particular to the maintenance crew for being kind, helpful, and non-judgemental during an embarrassing call up to our room.」

「Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」
