Gorgeous cottage on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is amazing, right on the lake with deep water for the kids to dive and swim in. They also loved the pontoon and kayaked out into the lake. The cottage is well equipped and a great size (there were 13 of us there). I'd highly recommend you to have a stay here!

Relaxing stay!

This cottage was the most beautiful beginning of our summer. We were able to enjoy the gorgeous lake while using the boats provided, as well as the spectacular docs. This cottage was able to accommodate everyone with its gracious living spaces, and good room sizes with exciting views. Everything from the fireplace, screened porch, and comfy beds it was the perfect get away from the city!

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. Everything was as advertised and in good working order. The waterfront location was unbeatable. Friends gathering

Ahead of my wedding my friends and I gathered for a weekend on a lake. This property was within high end restaurants and had wifi, a nice dock and lots of beds. The cottage is clearly organized. Everything was in order and instructions were available Daphney was prompt in answering all questions and we had no issues all weekend with everything on site. I'd fully recommend this location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Relaxing Property Right on the Lake

The house on Muskoka Lake was beautiful, 10 min from town, and the rooms were well appointed. The outdoor covered (and screened if desired) deck was perfect for bug free evening hangouts and a place my grandmother could watch the daily shenanigans of her grandkids at the Lake especially when it was raining. We swam, used the 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks and SUP'd every day. The main floor was spacious and kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking tools. Daphney and her team were very responsive to questions that we had. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, spacious and fully stocked home on gorgeous Lake Muskoka.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Muskoka Lakeshore Cottage Bliss. We loved it has 2 bedrooms with king size beds to accommodate my parents and ourselves. Overall the main house has 5 bedrooms (2 king) and the other full/queen. Plus there is a very spacious bunkie with 4 additional beds. The screened in porch is great and allowed us to be in the fresh air even when the weather wasnt great and not have bugs all over us. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - we cooked and bbq'd most meals. The dock is great with loungers and space to dock a boat. There is a swimming platform which is fun. There is a marina within a 5 minute walk that has a small convenience store. The bonfire pit was great for cottage family evenings. We look forward to booking again!

Beautiful Cottage and perfect place for weekend getaway

A group of 14 people were staying at the cottage. It is exactly as pictured. More than enough space for the group. The separation of the bedrooms from the kitchen/main floor was fantastic, people had their own space and were not disturbed by people chatting or hanging out in the kitchen/living room. The screened-in porch was amazing to have! We basically spent all of our time there; gorgeous view and allowed us to avoid the bugs! The kayaks/pedal boat were also a huge hit. There was a small issue when we arrived, the bunkie had not been cleaned - as I think we were one of the first groups to use it for the season, it was very understandable! When notified, the owners immediately organized for cleaners to come to the cottage and clean/make up the beds so it was not a problem! The owners/management team were always very quick to respond.

Truly Blissful!

We enjoyed our stay at Muskoka Lakeshore Cottage Bliss immensely! We are a large family of 16 including adults, teenagers, toddlers, and grandpa. It is difficult to find an affordable place on Muskoka Lake that can accommodate our large group. This cottage with bunkie fit the bill perfectly. The location is ideal, just a short drive to Gravenhurst. It's even faster by boat. Although on the mainland, the property is protected from wind and large waves by an island. Even when the lake was rough we could get out to waterski or fish. There is a marina with gas for the boat literally around the corner. The views from the cottage are stunning with the old steamship Segwun passing regularly. If you are up early enough you will be treated to a beautiful sunrise sparkling across the water. I frequently woke up early just to enjoy this pleasure on the back porch with my morning coffee.

Perfect family vacation destination!

We had a wonderful stay at Daphne’s cottage. The cottage was great for kids of all ages. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed for big family meals. The best part is the lake with the paddle board, kayaks and beautiful dock - great for sunset swims.

Exactly as advertised

The description and pictures describe this property perfectly. We had a great family reunion with 12 people from 16 to 50+ and everyone had a great time with the screened in porch overlooking the water being the favorite place to hang out and large enough for the whole group. A couple of things not mentioned, Rankin Island was a wonderful wind break from the larger muskoka lake giving the area calm water to swim and play in versus some of the larger waves. The extra rooms above the garage are not airconditioned which on the couple of very hot days we had, did make it get hot, but fans and windows made it fine.
