The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice……

“After having rented many years through VRBO, resorts, condos and houses, this was by far the cleanest and best we’ve had! There is nothing I would change about this house. The dock is great for swimming and the fire pit is awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. One thing you’ll need to pack on your own is beach towels, which some rentals have and others don’t. Not a complaint at all, just FYI for future renters. Thanks from a fellow Iowan!! ”
