"Breakfast bar not attended to. Ran out of several things, very messy. Main elevator broken the entire time we were there for our stay. Low to no air-conditioning in the halls and the lobby area. Really filthy doors throughout the facility. Lots of bleach stains on the hall carpets. Funny smells everywhere, ..."

"The home and property as a whole was very clean and cozy feeling. It's very roomy and well thought out.
