I came to the area for the Au Sauble river kayaking. The building and room were fairly run down, but it was a good price for basic breakfast and clean sheets. My room's window overlooked the pool area, which seemed to let in a lot of the noise from families / other guests. It had decent amenities for kids.

Rooms and hallways were very clean, but very dated. This property has A LOT of wear and tear but super friendly, responsive staff. Pool area is huge and very clean, with a nearby kiddie pool and playground- all indoors. Kids would love this place if parents aren't too worried about decor.

Had the worst experience. Booked a last minute stay. When we arrived they assigned us a room which was dirty and used-towels on the bathroom floor, dirty used bedsheets, room was not done. We asked the front desk to assign a different room, she mentioned it was fully booked. We asked for a refund, they said contact third party. The room door keys also had issue. Maybe it was a busy day and they are fine on other days, but wouldn’t recommend it at all
