Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Snowmobile trailer Parking lot and walkways were cleared very nice of snow. Price was right for the stay..$67, for it did not have the pool or hot tub working, which was a disappointment. Nice continental brkfst.

This is the low bar we judge all hotels by from now on. The pictures are the pinnacle of deceiving. 1. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 80s. The side stairs we were told to use had so much dirt and grime my boots got dirtier. The lock on the door didn't work, so anyone can come in. 2. The room. The bed was supported by 2x4's, the toilet ran all night and flushed itself every 12 minutes. So that kept us awake all night. The shower was so full of mold, it gained sentience and handed my wife the soap. Just general filth and disrepair. 3. The facility. We went on a walk about, just to take in all of this disaster that was this place. They had random pianos hidden in every closet we came across. The pool area was probably amazing in the 80s, but it's been left in touched and uncleaned since. Filthy windows, I'm assuming their vacuum just quit in 1994, and they just said "eh, we tried". 4. Breakfast. Breakfast was included... But that term should be used loosely. We got there and we were not late nor early, and all they had was scrambled eggs, that were grainy, and that was all. You could have yogurt and juice too, but that's it. We went to McDonald's in our way out. This isn't even mentioning the "overlook hotel" vibe from the dining area. Fake wood panels falling off, then random extension cords hanging from the ceiling and strung everywhere. The room was divided by office divider that were precariously hung up as well.

Ive managed hotels for years and now own my own cleaning business. I walked in my bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Bathroom was really dirty. And I wont even speak about the floors. Pillows were balls of cotton and just thrown on the bed.

The room was dirty, (walls and carpet) the pool was down so we couldn't swim which is the main reason we wanted to stay, the arcade had to be locked up because someone smashed the glass on a game. The breakfast was terrible and our room didn't have a remote for the TV.

The outside was dirty. The trash cans were filled to the rim and overflowing for the 3 days I was there. Hallway were dirty in different areas.

The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. The vent was totally clogged with dirt, there was a lot of black mold on the ceiling, and the floor was full of dirt and hair. A waste basket should always be in a bathroom. In the main room, the frig should be on, there should be a remote to operate the TV near the television (not at the front desk), and the cord from the microwave should reach the nearest outlet. A mandatory time for kids to be in their rooms and not running around screaming in the common area within earshot of every room, at least by 10 p.m. Good food, but needs to be refilled more often.

Was told AFTER checking in that the pool was closed and the hot tub was filled in with concrete. Then when we got to the room, it was full of black mold. The place looks like it should be condemned. I demanded a refund. I was told it was processed. I called Expedia because I had nothing to prove it and they didn’t process anything. Expedia finally took care of it. Avoid this place!!!

Was locked out of our room multiple times..once because they didn’t give us the second card type needed for the pool side room (they blamed maintenance for not telling them the lock wasn’t changed…you are one team, office should know the status of any room before renting it out) and second is because they only checked us in for one day even though we paid for two. Grounds are dirty, pool and hot tub are down indefinitely, pillows are terrible. Stay somewhere else.
