"We had a great view of the ocean and pretty basic room. Hotel is tired looking. We somehow accidentally booked the room twice and they didnt cancel the extra booking. Said they would refund one night of it but didnt. The tv had a parental control set up so we couldnt watch all the channels but owner didnt know why or how to fix it. Laundry worked well, need quarters though. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was convenient. It was off season and not very full. Not fancy, but not horrible."

"To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Somehow the booking got messed up and we got moved to another room. I asked if there was going to be additonal charges for that and I was told no. The second morning, they tried charging my card twice yet no one in the office could tell me why it was happening. Then they tried to charge me again that night over double the first attempted charges. Even left a voicemail saying that we didnt pay so we had to leave. The next morning, i went down and talked to them again and they said they needed to have someone look it over. We waited for 3 hours just to have someone come to our door and say we are supposed to be gone. No one from managment could tell us what was going on. I went to the office again and didnt leave until i spoke with management. In the end, they ended up charging us 75 more dollars just to try to have one night out of the three we where in ocean shores for peace. I will never stay there again. The crap we had to deal with our entire vacation is making it very clear why this place was the cheapest. I would really appreciate if we could get some sort of discount or a full refund on our next booking. This was my first time booking a hotel ever in my life and its not fair the way it played out. I feel more stress then when i left on the vacation "

"Our king size room with kitchenette was great! Had everything we needed and the fireplace made it super comfy. Front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again"

"Bed is super uncomfortable but staff gave me extra blankets so that I could sleep in the floor . Rooms were clean , coffee pot . Cool little game room , pools and clean . "
